The Support Circle is a private member space for reflection, practice, and guided self-talk support. You do not have to use everything at once. Start with what feels useful today, and come back whenever you need a reset, a prompt, or a little more support.
Use the Growth Check-In when you want to reflect, notice patterns, or let me know what kind of support would help.
Use the coaching videos and audio tracks when you want perspective, grounding, or a way to understand what’s happening inside.
Use prompts and exercises when you want to apply what you’re learning in small, real-life ways.
You can save the Support Circle to your home screen so it feels more like a private app you can come back to easily.
