Positive Self-Talk is a community support initiative of ImBright, a nonprofit organization focused on emotional wellness, resilience, and self-guided growth.

Our goal is simple:
to help you feel less alone—and more confident navigating your inner experience.

What we offer

We provide free coaching and support through:

  • Workshop-style videos

  • Email-based guidance and responses

  • Shared learning and group-style support

Everything is designed to be practical, simple, and something you can use in real life.

Free support, no pressure

This support is available at no cost as part of our nonprofit mission.

There’s:

  • No obligation

  • No pressure to upgrade

  • No expectation beyond showing up for yourself

In the future, we may offer optional one-on-one coaching for those who want more personalized support.
Free access will always remain part of what we do.

What this is (and isn’t)

Positive Self-Talk provides non-clinical coaching and educational support.

It is not:

  • Therapy

  • Medical care

  • Diagnosis or treatment

If you are experiencing severe or urgent mental health concerns, please reach out to a licensed professional or local support services.

How support works

When you reach out, you may receive:

  • A written response via email

  • Guidance based on your situation

  • Direction to helpful content or tools

Support is shared in a way that respects your pace and your experience.

Your information is handled through ImBright, the nonprofit organization behind this initiative.

We keep this simple:
